The standard base price for one of our complete homes is $165/square foot.

A complete home means it comes with as much finalized construction and interior finishing as possible before it arrives on your site. There are no interior details for the homeowner to coordinate and oversee, such as flooring, plumbing fixtures or trim. Let us and the skilled tradespeople who work with us complete your home before it’s moved to your site, wherever that may be.

A Pinke Home features 2×6 exterior wall construction with R-21 wall insulation, R-49 attic insulation and R-3 JMAP exterior sheeting. We use LP Smartside Siding, a maintenance-free, solid board material that is resistant to hail. The Malarkey Class IV asphalt shingles are hail and wind resistant. And with $16,000 retail value going toward the highly energy-efficient Anderson 400 Series Windows, your home will be both weather tight and filled with natural light.

Inside, the Countryside Cabinets feature solid wood dovetail drawers, soft close door hinges and can be customized to meet your specific preferences with $26,000 retail value allocated for each Pinke Home. The Wilsonart highdefinition laminate countertops have under mount, direct to laminate sinks in the kitchen as well as bathrooms. Bath and kitchen range fan venting is included, as well as all toilets, one-piece shower units, and one-piece tub and shower units. Additionally, there is a $1,000 plumbing fixture allowance.

We use LED interior flush mount light fixtures and include a $1,000 additional lighting allowance, which means you can choose exactly the fixtures you want. We don’t limit any style choices in any way. This is your dream home, after all. The solid core painted interior doors and solid wood painted interior trim will hold up to years of use, as opposed to hollow core and composite trim materials that easily show wear and tear. We have building inspections from a third-party inspection agency, ensuring your investment is of sound value. We coordinate all moving services of our custom homes. Additionally, the selling price contains a lower-level foundation plan for the onsite portion of your home. Our family’s other local business, Pinke Lumber, can supply and deliver garage and basement packages to your site, guaranteeing your materials are of the same quality and value as the rest of your Pinke Home.
